Controller within the meaning of the GDPR:

Germany
Email: contact@noevis.de
Website: https://www.noevis.de

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you access the site, Hetzner processes the technically necessary data on our behalf. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider.

3. Server log files

When you visit the website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page accessed, the referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information. This data is used for technical delivery, stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.

4. Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, company (optional) and your message. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The enquiry is sent to us by email; for delivery we use IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, with whom a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place. To protect against spam we use a hidden field (honeypot) that collects no additional personal data.

We store your enquiry until it has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. You may object to the processing at any time.

5. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6W5XKYPTET), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”) — only if you have consented via the notice shown on your first visit. Without consent no Google script is loaded, no cookie is set and no data is transmitted to Google.

With consent, Google Analytics sets cookies (including “_ga” and “_ga_<ID>”, stored for up to 2 years) and processes information about your use of the site (pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from the IP address, device/browser). Google Analytics 4 does not store the IP address; it is used only to derive the location and then discarded. Data is processed on Google servers, including in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply in addition. User data is retained at Google for no more than 14 months.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via the “Change analytics consent” link in the footer of every page, or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Your decision (consent or refusal) is stored in your browser’s local storage; this is technically necessary to respect your choice (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy.

6. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix in your browser’s address bar.

7. Your rights

Within the statutory limits you have the right at any time to:

  • access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • withdraw any consent given (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
